If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.


2. Who We Are

Langujobs.com is owned and operated by Recruitas AB, Sweden (Org. nr: 559297-6749).


3. Platform Role

Langujobs acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting job seekers and employers.

We are not an employer, recruiter, or employment agency and do not participate in hiring decisions.


4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.


5. User Accounts

5.1 Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

5.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.


6. Job Seekers

6.1 Applications

By applying for a job, you agree that:

• Your application, CV, and personal data will be shared with the employer
• The employer becomes an independent data controller after receiving your data


6.2 CV Database & Visibility

By creating a profile or uploading a CV, you agree that:

• Your profile may be stored in our candidate database
• Employers may be given access to search and view candidate profiles
• You can manage visibility or delete your profile at any time


6.3 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• That employers will respond
• That job listings are accurate or current
• That you will receive a job offer


7. Employers & Recruiters

7.1 Approval

Employers may be subject to review and approval before being allowed to post jobs.


7.2 Job Listings

Employers are responsible for ensuring that job postings:

• Are accurate and lawful
• Do not contain misleading or discriminatory content
• Comply with applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove or reject listings at our sole discretion.


7.3 Use of Candidate Data

Employers agree that:

• Candidate data may only be used for recruitment purposes
• Data must not be stored, shared, or reused for unrelated purposes
• Employers must comply with applicable data protection laws


8. Payments and Fees

8.1 Services

Employers may pay for:

• Job postings
• Featured listings


8.2 Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe.
By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms.


8.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of:

• Technical failure preventing service delivery
• Duplicate transactions


8.4 Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• Payment fraud
• Chargebacks
• Abuse of services


9. User Content

9.1 Ownership

Users retain ownership of content they upload.


9.2 License

You grant Langujobs a non-exclusive license to:

• Store
• Display
• Distribute

your content as necessary to operate the platform.


10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Post illegal or misleading content
• Harass or abuse users
• Upload malicious files
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Scrape or collect data
• Misuse job listings or candidate profiles


11. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including:

• Stripe
• Google Analytics
• Hosting providers

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.


12. Disclaimer

Langujobs provides a platform for job listings and recruitment.

We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy of job listings
• Verify all employers
• Guarantee employment outcomes

Users are responsible for their own due diligence.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruitas AB is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Inaccurate job listings
• Actions of users
• Any damages resulting from use of the platform

Use of the platform is at your own risk.


14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Recruitas AB harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your content
• Your violation of these Terms


15. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Misuse of platform features

Users may delete their account at any time.


16. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.


17. Global Use

The platform may be used by employers and job seekers worldwide.
Users are responsible for complying with local laws.


18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.

Disputes will be handled in Swedish courts unless otherwise required by EU law.


19. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
